TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. **Payment Terms:**
- Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of the order.
2. **Cancellation Policy:**
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations for boxes and boards and 7 days for Tables
- If cancellation occurs after the 48-hour window, the amount paid will be forfeited as all food will be already ordered in this time frame
3. **Rescheduling:**
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 3 days prior to the original service date for boards and boxes and 7 days for tables and is subject to availability
- Please have a wet weather option in place as we will not reschedule your order due to wet weather, but will certainly try and accommodate
4. **Changes to Order:**
- Any changes to the order (e.g., guest count, dietary preferences) must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
5. **Delivery and Set-Up:**
- Delivery and set-up details will be agreed upon during the booking process.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
6. **Quality and Freshness:**
- Our grazing boxes and tables are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- We are not responsible for the freshness of the items if the delivery is delayed or if the client fails to store the products properly.
7. **Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:**
- The client must communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8. **Damages and Missing Items:**
- The client is responsible for any damages to equipment provided during the service.
- Any missing items will need to be replaced or paid for to Lil Grazing Co
9. **Refunds:**
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- A $500 deposit is required for all grazing tables. Full refund if at least 7 days notice is given, after this time your deposit is non refundable
10. **Unforeseen Circumstances Clause:**
- We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. If any of these events occur and a new date cannot be booked due to these circumstances, a full refund will be given
11. **Agreement Acceptance:**
- By placing an order, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
12. **Contact Information:**
- The client must provide accurate contact information for communication regarding the order
IMPORTANT!
Please note that all items should be consumed within 3 hours after the grazing table is set up or upon delivery of the platter box, in accordance with government regulations. Any consumption beyond this timeframe is at your own risk. Lil Grazing Co will not be held responsible for any resulting damage, injury, or illness, whether directly or indirectly caused by failure to consume within the specified period or by not following proper health, safety, and hygiene practices during handling and consumption
